GST or shop-act registration, a landline we actually call, a physical address someone from our team has visited or verified through a partner, and a check that the salary quoted matches what previous hires from this platform reported. Roughly one in nine applications to list gets rejected.
Because "salary as per industry standards" wastes the candidate's day and the employer's. We refuse listings without a number. Employers who resist usually turn out to be paying less than they want to admit.

No. About half our listings are blue-collar and shift work, the rest are retail, sales, accounts, drivers, healthcare support and office administration. Anything where the hiring happens locally and the salary is under about ₹80,000 a month.
First three listings free. After that ₹1,200 a listing for thirty days, or ₹9,000 a month unlimited with the pipeline dashboard. No charge per application and no charge per hire.
